Die aufgeführten Sonderhefte (weitere Sonderhefte sind derzeit noch in Vorbereitung) internationaler Fachzeitschriften wurden aus dem SPP 1409 initiiert: Sie dokumentieren die Themen die im SPP bearbeitet wurden und die Forschungsergebnisse der beteiligten Projekte. Zugleich dokumentieren Sie auch die internationale Kooperation, da vielfach auswärtige Kooperationspartner und Gäste der Tagungen des Programms beteiligt sind.
